Drew's Rib Rub

I actually use this on pretty much any piece of beef or pork that goes on the smoker. The recipe is in "part" so you can make as much as you want, I usually use tablespoons, but if you needed gallons, or truckloads, by all means use that unit of measurement.
  • 6 parts Paprika
  • 6 parts Kosher Salt
  • 6 parts White Sugar
  • 5 parts Black Pepper
  • 3 parts Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 parts MSG
  • 1 part Onion Powder
  • 1 part Garlic Powder
  • 1 part Cayanne Pepper
  • 1 part Celery Salt
  • 1 part Dry Mustard

Danny Renk's All Purpose Seasoning

I adjusted Danny's measurements to be in parts rather than cups for easier scaling......
  • 16 parts salt
  • 12 parts MSG or Yucca Seasoning
  • 6 parts fine black pepper
  • 6 parts Parpika (Spanish)
  • 1 part Celery salt
  • 1 part Granulated Garlic

Mix Well.....
